Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez has been an Cuban and American television arbitrator since Caso Cerrado. Ana was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. She moved to Miami along with her family at age two after moving out of Havana. Ana Maria Polo from Habana is the producer and host for Telemundo's "Caso Cerrado" one of the most watched Spanish-language programs that the channel airs. The show was nominated for the Daytime Entertainment Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards in the year 2015. In 2015 it ranked among the top performers for all the key demos. Polo was born on the 11th, 1959, in Havana Cuba was a graduate of Florida International University in Political Science. After that, she received an PhD in law from the University of Miami, and practiced for twenty years in Miami. Following her PhD from the University of Miami in law and practicing law at the bar in Miami city for 20 years. Polo appeared for the first time on TV in 2001 as part of Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. Her legal expertise was also employed in other court shows. Literature Accolades and Literary works In 1958, Polo released her novel Los Hijos Muertos. It was awarded the Critic's Award for Literature and the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain for an adventure in the United States 1960. Polo has a cancer-free breast and frequently gives speeches in order to raise funds. Over the course of her life, she's been fighting to ensure LGBT equality. She's been an active Florida Bar member since 1987 and graduated in law from University of Miami School of Law.
